For the agricultural and food industry, the International Green Week (IGW) is the kick-off event for the new year - this is where, over the course of ten days, producers exchange information across national borders, present and test their new products, talk to consumers face-to-face, raise their company's profile, and plan for the coming year. The Green Week thrives on the fact that visitors can eat, drink, feel, taste, and try.

In addition, the Green Week offers an extensive supporting program.

Due to the pandemic, the trade fair was cancelled as a presence event in 2021 and 2022. Alternatively, various digital formats took place.

The Brandenburg Hall

Since 1993, the Brandenburg agricultural and food industry has presented itself with a mixture of culinary, tourism and culture in a completely regionally designed hall. It is tested live what is popular with consumers and what is not. With its own hall, the state of Brandenburg shows how much tradition and innovation, creativity, and consistency the industry has to offer every year.

In 2022, we took a look back.

The variety of regional products, the producers with their stories will hopefully again be under the roof of the Brandenburg Hall at the IGW at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds in 2023 from 20 to 29 January, to discover, experience and enjoy.
